Warranty

Every ERONIX power adapter carries a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. Headphones and earbuds carry 6 months of standard warranty, and a further 6 months when you register the product, for 12 months in all.

Product registration

Register at eronix.in/product-registration with the serial number on the pack and your bill. Registration activates the additional warranty on audio products and gives us a record of your purchase if you ever need service.

Before first use

Charge all wireless earbuds and headphones for at least one hour before first use. Use a USB-C cable rated for the adapter's output: 60 W (3 A) up to 60 W, and 100 W (5 A) for Entropy67 and Fermi65 at full power.

Compliance

ERONIX power adapters are registered with the Bureau of Indian Standards under R-93024384 and marked IS 13252 (Part 1) / IEC 60950-1. Audio products are registered under R-93032972 and marked IS 616:2017 / IEC 60065:2014. Every pack carries CE, RoHS, WEEE and FCC markings. Dispose of electronics through an authorised e-waste collector under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022.
