They may be changed by publishing a new version here; the version in force is the one published.

Text, images, product renders, specifications, the ERONIX wordmark and slash mark, and the design of this site belong to ERONIX or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use. Copying, reproducing, publishing or using any part of the site for a commercial purpose needs written permission from ERONIX.

Retailer names and addresses in Find a store are business listings compiled from public sources and are shown to help you locate a counter; they are not an endorsement of any retailer and do not state that any retailer holds stock unless the listing says so.

Your use of the site

  • Do not access the site by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or scrape the store data set for redistribution.
  • Do not attempt to bypass any security or access-control feature, including the console.
  • Do not post or send unlawful, abusive or misleading content through the order form or the live chat.
  • Do not misrepresent who you are when placing an order or contacting us.

Orders and other terms

An order placed on the site is a request to buy. The Sales Policy sets out how it is confirmed, paid for, delivered and, where applicable, cancelled. Products carry the Warranty published on this site. Where these terms and the Sales Policy differ on a purchase, the Sales Policy governs the purchase.

Privacy

What the site collects and why is set out in the Privacy notice. Measurement runs only with your permission. Internet transmission is never wholly private; do not send card numbers or passwords through the order form or chat, and we will never ask for them there.

The store finder links to map data from OpenStreetMap and to third-party retailers. ERONIX is not responsible for those sites or for the goods and services they offer. You may link to eronix.in in a way that does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as it is. ERONIX works to keep specifications, prices and availability accurate and current, and corrects errors when they are found, but does not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted. Product figures are the manufacturer's stated values; measured performance depends on the device it is used with and how it is used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ERONIX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the rights of consumers to approach a consumer commission, courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
