Where we deliver

Orders on eronix.in are delivered to addresses in India only.

Delivery charge

Delivery within India carries no charge.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Kolkata (207 M, Thakurpukur Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700063). A paid order is dispatched within 2 working days of payment and usually arrives within 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination.

Tracking

The courier and tracking number are shown on the order page and sent by email when the order is dispatched.

On receipt

Check the outer pack when it arrives and note any damage with the courier before accepting it. Risk in the product passes to you when it is delivered to the address given.
